Home Solutions signs Smart Buildings agreement with large Housing Association

Home Solutions, a Talkpool company, has signed an important Smart Buildings agreement with a large Housing Association (BRF) west of Stockholm regarding the upgrade of their engine heater solution. The order value is around 4 MSEK.
Home Solutions will upgrade the existing engine heater system including individual metering and billing function and with local connectivity through wireless M-Bus. The contract includes delivery of components, installation, local connectivity through wireless M-Bus, configuration of individual metering and billing and service agreement for around 400 engine heaters.
Home Solution has around 50.000 BRF apartments (housing association apartments) connected and serviced throughout Sweden. Home Solution offers customers digitalization and futureproofing of their properties where services and functions as electricity and water metering and billing, water leakage detection and fire detection easily can be added to Home Solutions digital platform.
“The large BRF has been a customer of Home Solutions since 2013 and they already have the services individual metering and billing (IMB) of electricity and individual metering and billing (IMB) of engine heater solution. Now they have ordered the next generation of IoT services as well as digitization of their properties. We are happy and grateful for the trust we have received. Furthermore the interest and need for IMB of water has increased substantially, partly driven by the new regulation in Sweden that makes it mandatory to install IMB water for new construction of buildings and major renovations.
