Share Issue on Nasdaq First North, October 2016
TalkPool has, with the authorization of the AGM March 4 2016, decided to conduct a new share issue of the amount of SEK 10 million. The share issue consists of a maximum of 222 222 B-shares to the price of SEK 45 per share. The share issue is directed to the public to improve share liquidity and finance ongoing acquisition activity.
The Offer Price for the Offer has been determined to SEK 45 per share. The Offer Price is the net price after a discount of 10 % on the closing share price per October 7, or a 12 % discount on the average market share price over the last 20 trading days on Nasdaq First North. New Swedish and Danish shareholders who are account customers at Nordnet are invited to apply for the acquisition of shares through Nordnet’s Online Service.
