Master of Science in Engineering Physics, Lund University, Sweden (1993), with thesis research conducted at CERN, Switzerland. Supplementary studies include telecom strategy at École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (ENST), Paris, and astrophysics research at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. Military leadership training as Lieutenant reservist and certified Captain of amphibious warships through Marinens Krigshögskola/Kustjägarskolan, Sweden.

Magnus founded Talkpool in 2000, building it from a startup concept into an established international network services provider, including an IPO on Nasdaq First North in 2016. He brings over 30 years of technology industry leadership, combining a strong engineering background with business development and cross-cultural management experience. Prior to founding Talkpool, he held senior management roles at Ambridge Consulting in Germany and established European market presence for Japanese technology firm IO Systems in Ireland and the Netherlands.

Mr. Strömstedt holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping Institute of Technology (Sweden). He has over 30 years of experience from different management positions in the ICT industry, in companies such as IBM, Ericsson, Mercur and Talkpool.

Mr. Palving holds a Degree of International Marketing from the University of Pforzheim, Germany, and a Bachelor Degree of Economics from the University of Karlstad, Sweden. Mats is a senior executive with solid Telecoms and IT background and a proven track-record in corporate governance, customer relationship management, business development and technology adaptation. Over 30 years international experience, working for Ericsson Telecommunications managing multicultural teams, across multiple locations towards achieving financial targets and increased internal efficiency. Including 20 years in Latin America, US as well as Asia. Specialized in Telecom and IT industry development, focusing on business challenges and opportunities resulting from ongoing rapid technology evolution.
