Military leadership training as Lieutenant reservist and certified Captain of amphibious warships through Marinens Krigshögskola/Kustjägarskolan, Sweden.

Magnus founded Talkpool in 2000, building it from a startup concept into an established international network services provider, including an IPO on Nasdaq First North in 2016. He brings over 30 years of technology industry leadership, combining a strong engineering background with business development and cross-cultural management experience. Prior to founding Talkpool, he held senior management roles at Ambridge Consulting in Germany and established European market presence for Japanese technology firm IO Systems in Ireland and the Netherlands.

Erika has been part of Talkpool since 2011, initially as Accountant and appointed Financial Controller in 2020. She is responsible for financial reporting, controlling, and accounting across the Talkpool Group, bringing deep familiarity with the company’s financial operations and structure.
