• September 2024: Conversion of loans amounting to approximately EUR 460’000 (CHF 453’832) to 877’482 additional shares was initiated. This conversion was executed in year 2025. Increase to 7’655’579 total shares, from previously 6’778’097 shares. The conversion was made at SEK 6 per share as per agreements from February 2023
• June 2021: Authorized capital increase to offset a claim of SEK 21’734’190 in exchange for 1’448’946 shares.
• August 2020: Capital increase offsetting claims of SEK 8’535’083 in exchange for 398’367 shares.
• October 2017: Share issue at a share price of SEK 22. The Company received a total of SEK 37.9 million before issue costs. The total amount of shares thereby increased to 4’715’606 shares from 2’992’222 shares. The proceeds were used to part-finance the acquisition of LCC Pakistan (Pvt).
